Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Zaivraat. We take pride in our jewelry and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeline

We accept return complaints within 7 days of you receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange once this 7-day window has passed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn: The jewelry must show no signs of wear.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original Zaivraat box/packaging.
  • Undamaged: The item must be unbroken and in the same condition you received it.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

We handle mistakes based on who is responsible for the error:

  • If Zaivraat is at fault: (e.g., we sent the wrong design, size, or color). We will ship the correct parcel to you immediately.
  • You will return the original (incorrect) parcel to the rider or through our designated process. If the customer is at fault: (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or item by mistake).
  • You must deliver the item back to us at your own expense.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the replacement.

3. Refund Process & Timing

Please note that we follow a strict monthly accounting cycle.

Account Closing: We close all financial accounts at the end of each month.

Payment Schedule: Because of this closing process, all approved refunds are processed and sent during the first week of the following month.

Method: All refunds are issued via online transfer (Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet). We do not offer cash refunds.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a complaint, please contact our support team within the 7-day limit with your order number and photos of the item.

Note: Zaivraat reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is found to be used, broken, or not in its original packaging.
